Saturday Session

Last Saturday was the Highland Games at Mt. Hood Community College.  And it was fantastic as usual.  Can’t go wrong with big guys throwing rocks and trees around!

But, this coming Saturday is reserved for lifting.   Loprinzi’s Gym, 10am-ish till whenever we’re done.

As usual:

Snatch up to a limit, Clean and Jerk up to a limit, then Front Squat a heavy single.

Afterwards, if the weather is good, the pool is open.
